5. Paid Services

  • Payment obligations: Payment of fees is required in advance for the use of paid services. If you do not agree to the terms of the third-party payment service provider, do not purchase any services.
  • NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY: All PAYMENTS are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial service periods.
  • Refund exception: We reserve the right to refund money only in the event of a technical error (e.g. system failure that causes non-shipment).

5.1 Refund Application Process

Users need to submit an application through the customer service channel (email ledotopup@gmail.com) and provide screenshots or video evidence. If the information is incomplete, the user must complete it within 1 calendar day, otherwise it will be deemed to have been abandoned.

5.2 Review Processing

The platform will complete the review within 1-7 working days. After passing the review, the funds will be returned in the same way within 7 working days.

5.3 Special Circumstances

If it cannot be handled due to force majeure (war, network disconnection, etc.), the platform will postpone the processing time. If the user commits malicious refund fraud, the platform will refuse the refund and pursue legal responsibility.

5.4 Amendment of Terms

The platform has the right to revise the refund terms in accordance with laws, regulations and business development. The revised terms will be published on the platform. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

6. Policy Restrictions

You may not damage or cause our website to become overloaded in any way, including but not limited to using automated systems (e.g., bots, crawlers) to send requested messages to our servers that are beyond what is reasonably generated by humans.

9. Limitation of Liability

Key Terms: To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall Lanyu E-Commerce (Hong Kong) Limited and its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of data). Regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, or negligence), our total liability to you does not exceed $100 USD ($100 USD). We are not responsible for delays or interruptions in services caused by force majeure (earthquakes, wars, network outages, etc.).

10. General Provisions

  • Right to Modification: We reserve the right to modify or temporarily/permanently discontinue the Service at any time.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall be referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for final resolution in accordance with its arbitration rules. The language of arbitration will be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.

11. Prohibited Content Types

It is strictly forbidden to publish the following content or engage in the following acts, and violators will be prosecuted:

  • Violations of laws and regulations: drug trafficking, gambling (including virtual currency gambling), violent crimes, leakage of state secrets, etc.
  • Infringing content: Unauthorized use of game IP (such as Mobile Legends, Roblox), misappropriation of other people's materials, and forgery of platform recharge channels (such as claiming "recharge loopholes").
  • Violating public order and morals: Bloody violence, terrorist symbols, pornographic nudity, racial/gender/geographical discriminatory remarks, inciting player confrontation.
  • Malicious fraud: false recharge advertisements (claiming discounts but not shipping), phishing links, falsifying transaction records, malicious swiping, and spreading rumors about the platform (such as "running away with money").

12. Violation Handling Mechanism

Content disposal: "AI recognition + manual review" is adopted. The violation will be removed immediately, and the funds suspected of fraud will be frozen.

Account Penalties:

  • First violation: Warning + restriction (e.g. 7-day ban).
  • Secondary violation: Account freeze for 30 days + clear illegal proceeds.
  • Serious/Multiple Violations: Permanent ban. Violation records will be synchronized to the payment channel and handed over to law enforcement if necessary.

13. User Obligations and Feedback

Users are obligated to comply with this policy. If illegal content is found, it can be reported through the "Customer Service Center" (with screenshot evidence), and the platform will deal with it within 24 hours. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.

14. Data Processing Statement

Note: Although there is a separate privacy policy, this clause once again emphasizes the lawful processing of data.

  • Data collection: Automatically collect logs and user-submitted data, and illegal crawler scraping is strictly prohibited.
  • Data Storage: Stored on ISO 27001-compliant cloud servers with encrypted sensitive data.
  • Data sharing: Only share necessary data with compliant third parties, such as payment providers, and sign data confidentiality agreements.
  • Data Destruction:
    • Short-term data (such as access logs): Retained for 30 days.
    • Core business data (such as transaction records): Retained for 1 year, physically destroyed or permanently anonymized after expiration.
