I. Login and Registration

1.1 How to log in to the trading platform?

(1) Access the trading platform by visiting Ledotopup.com and click the login button in the upper right corner to log in. (2) You can log in using your Email, Google, Discord, Facebook, or Twitter account. The first login will automatically register a platform account.

1.2 How to bind multiple social media accounts?

Only one account can be bound per social media platform. You can unbind accounts from other platforms in [Personal Center - Account Information], and after binding, you can log in with any of the bound accounts. Please note that once bound, social media accounts cannot be unbound temporarily.

1.3 How to change the bound email?

(1) After logging into the trading platform, you can change the email in the Email field of your personal account information; (2) Enter the email address to be bound. To ensure the email is available, please enter your commonly used email and click "Send"; (3) After the verification email is sent successfully, please check your personal email for the message; if you cannot receive it, please click send again after 60 seconds; (4) Fill in the received verification code in the verification code box to complete the binding change.

II. Recharge Related

2.1 How to change language and currency?

You can find the current language and currency settings in the website navigation bar and change them by clicking on the options.

2.2 How long does it take for game recharge to arrive?

Game recharge will arrive within about 10 minutes after successful payment. During peak recharge periods or system upgrades and other special time periods, there may be delays or failures in arrival, expected to arrive within 24 hours or automatic refund. If you have any objections to your personal order, you can contact customer service for processing.

2.3 What to do if game recharge information is entered incorrectly?

Important reminder: The trading platform is not responsible for any erroneous purchases caused by users negligence, providing false or incorrect information, etc. Once an order is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please note: 1. Please carefully check the recharge information before payment: game account ID, user name, server, to avoid erroneous recharge issues. 2. Due to service provider requirements, once a recharge order is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2.4 What to do if game recharge has not arrived?

If the game recharge has not arrived and the order has not been refunded, please provide proof of successful payment and non-arrival, and contact customer service for processing. If the platform customer service verifies that the recharge has not arrived in the game, they will process the refund for you.

2.5 Why is there a deduction in the account when the order fails?

If the order is in a payment failure status, it means we have never received the payment you made. In general, if there is a deduction in your account, it may just be a temporary hold status, and the held amount is expected to be refunded to you within 1 to 7 working days, depending on the payment channel or your banks processing speed.

2.6 Are there any additional or hidden fees?

No, the price you see is the final price. Any additional fees will be charged by your bank or payment provider.

III. About G-coin

3.1 What is G-coin?

After a transaction fails, the amount you paid will be automatically refunded to your Ledotopup account and converted into platform G-coin (gold coin). G-coin can be used to pay for future orders on the platform.
